Originally from Paris, France where she completed her medical studies. She did her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Columbus Hospital in Chicago, IL and has been Board Certified since 1978. She specializes in women’s health, with a particular interest in treatment for ADHD and depression. Dr. Gordon also provides medical care to French-speaking patients and their families and is one of the official Doctors for the French Consulate in Chicago. She speaks French fluently. At this time, Dr. Gordon is only accepting new French Speaking patients.
A board-certified family physician, Dr. Bang graduated from Rush Medical College in 2002 and completed her training at the UIC/Advocate Illinois Masonic Family Medicine Residency in 2005. She has had seven years of experience in treating patients of all ages, having had the privilege of caring for many individuals and families through various stages of their lives. She is very skilled at managing chronic care conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, but also emphasizes the importance of preventive medicine in teaching her patients how to stay healthy! Her particular interests include preventive medicine, women's health, pediatric & adolescent health, depression/anxiety, and weight management. She really enjoys the continuity of care in primary care medicine and building long-term, mutually trusting and respectful relationships with her patients and their families. She is currently accepting new patients.
Dr. Jennifer Hur is a board certified family physician. She completed both her undergraduate and medical studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, then finished her family medicine residency training in Chicago at St. Joseph Hospital. She focuses on the prevention of disease, and living an overall healthy lifestyle. She enjoys taking the time to get to know each and every one of her patients, and takes pride in providing quality care with a personal touch. She welcomes new patients, eight years and above.
Sarah Smyth, NP-C is a board certified nurse practitioner. Nurse practitioners have obtained a Master's degree and must pass a state board exam to become nationally certified. They are trained and able to assess, diagnose, prescribe medications, and order/interpret diagnostic tests. Sarah can take care of your acute and chronic conditions. Sarah graduated with her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She spent several years working as a nurse on an inpatient medical unit at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She then moved to Baltimore, MD, where she graduated from Johns Hopkins University with her Master's in nursing & became certified as an adult nurse practitioner. Sarah spent the last few years working in internal medicine at Johns Hopkins before moving back to Chicago, to be closer to her family. She looks forward to meeting her new patients and to continue applying her knowledge and skills in this practice.
